The street is narrow; the canals are shallow and cramped; and the pavement, still the same – broken.
“It’s been a while,” her mind murmured while strolling in the neighborhood.
She looked around – the houses were the same; the fields were the same; the ambiance was the same.
Then, she saw an old lady watering plants, a teenager biking, and a girl running – all have quite familiar faces.
“Welcome back!” greeted by another old lady who’s sweeping a front yard near their house.
